My tuition and research activities on Philosophy, Social sciences, Cultural Issues and Economics in Almetyevsk State Institute of Municipal Services have met excellent academic standards. Being obtained in 2010, Specialist Degree (5 years of instruction) acknowledges my higher qualifications, majoring in Finance and Credit (Bank Business). The relevant Diploma Thesis contributed enormously to the prospects of Bank Returns. Corresponded pre-Diploma internship was pursued with distinction on March - April 2010 at the JSC JSCB "Ak Bars" Departments, and followed the one undertaken in September 2009 on the premises of the same bank. I managed to obtain only best references and achieve high records from my mentors. Tackling problems of Economic Education, the research practice was carried out on March - April 2007 in the Laboratory for Economics Education Development of Udmurt State University. A set of general achievements aforementioned incorporates my Graduate (with honors) Diploma - 2010 (3 years of training) in Professional English Language Translation for Economy. Studying Business Administration in University of Deusto boosted the level of my cultural advances. Thus, I will benefit from PhD-study in Università degli Studi di PADOVA in the aspects of my career enrichment and professional re-boost. In turn, I may contribute by my valuable experience dissemination and exchange ideas. I aspire to successfully enroll for "Social sciences: interactions, communication, cultural constructions” PhD Program. Our mutual endeavors are strongly required to evolve the records into Double-Degree [Italian & Russian] PhD Thesis in the interactive fields of Language Cultures, Philosophy and Economics. The theme of my forthcoming PhD research in Russia under the academic supervision of Dr. Oleg Agapov is finally derived as follows: "Genesis of the "archaic" and "traditional" in the framework of Modern/Postmodern Society". The research tackles problems of Social Philosophy from the viewpoint of the Economist. The subject research mentioned has been initiated in May 2011 and its basic frame for the official enrollment in Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University is prepared to August 2011, and I'm going to carry out it in the period of 3 years (2011 - 2014).
Turning to the heritage of national folk culture, we are seeking for contemporary answers to important questions of life. Culture of so called traditional (pre-industrial) society allows to reach harmony with the surrounding world, to touch his sacraments. It gave response to the question about man's place in the world, allowed to establish relations with society, nature and oneself [6]. The issue about a ratio of traditional culture adaptability and compatibility in the modern society is urgent by nowadays. In this respect, as well as what's considered in the issues of the "archaic" culture specificity and ancient traditions vivacity, I try to appeal to the rich heritage of Dr. Kronid K. Statement of Purpose and Motivation. The objective of this paper is to find out a proper way to the well-balanced level for globalization of cultures, and historical integration of cultural epochs providing the Volga-Ural region of contemporary Russia as the example for the integrative cultural succession framework [3]. I also involve a comparative study of such a problem in the Province of Padua. Relevance of the study. Nowadays, it is necessary to elaborate appropriate cultural succession relationships between archaic and traditional societies in the establishment of evolving Modern and Postmodern societies. A comparative lifestyle and mentality study and research of ancient societies and modern peoples having retained a range of principal elements of traditional culture, is becoming one of the intensively growing fields in the modern humanities’ investigations to be in demand. Task statement. The task of this paper is to retrieve all the relevant information and elicit the research purpose. Meanwhile, it is necessary to implement a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the historical institutional and organizational cutting-edge instruments [5, 7] of social and cultural life, policy adjustment throughout the social integration process. Problem statement. Clash of the development vectors in cultural relationships throughout a history (in retrospective, present and perspective) is considered. Relevant evidence and arguments in favor of the cultural succession interests and national positions definition, political strategy verification are treated in our opinion to become main elements in shaping of contemporary policy. Analysis of dynamics of the modern society to be carried out is an essential part of the integrative society formation process where the influence of decisions made up at a particular level on other elements continues to grow according to augmentation of entire system relations between states and nations in the constantly emerging cultural model of the world [4]. I deem I shall pursue further studies of Marketing, Management and Economy of the contemporary societies in relation with my Specialist Diploma in Banking and Finance. Presumably, I may touch and support the issues of the role of Global Banking and Finance in the evolution of Economic Philosophy for contemporary societies, in strong connection with my PhD research in Russia. Hypotheses state: 1. Representative of the traditional culture is inherent in "the integrity of perception of the world” [6], where each element is used with a heavy load in the historical picture of world transmission of this or those epochs. At the same time, relatively low rates of socio-cultural dynamics in a traditional society and assignments of personal status are accompanied with relations of unquestioning obedience, a focus on "today" rather than concentrating on the future. So, traditional elements should be closely reckoned in the dynamic technological (instrumental) progress of the contemporary society, its socioeconomic advance. 2. The Volga-Ural region (Russia) has been maintaining a huge possibility for the integrative social evolvement, including its aspect of the cultural succession of generation, and it needs a precondition for the intelligent ethno-cultural and religious policy development in the overall framework of modern and postmodern societies. While getting an insight into the upcoming global events, one may state that dynamics of creative informational our days’ life requires a synergetic concept application and creative human mind investments for the high value added goods (products, services and works) production. Results expected to achieve. A great technological advantage exists for the high value added creative economy differentiation and social growth of the Volga-Ural region provided that a rich heritage of traditional civilization would be used as we’ve revealed while accumulating actual information about genesis of the archaic and traditional in dynamics of the modern society formation. Undertaking this research, I really count for the rich experience of Italy in such an activity.
