Scientific Instruction Centre «International Youth Laboratory» (AGIMS) is the Department of Almetyevsk State Institute of Municipal Services [AGIMS] to be dedicated to the prospects’ of contemporary Scientific Youth definition, and revealing the opportunities of young scientists and students to progress rapidly in doing their career in Economics (primarily, Banking and Finance I’ve been specializing in for about 6 years), Modern Languages, Social Philosophy in Business and Entrepreneurship, as well as bearing in mind the idea of International Youth cohesion. So, I invite all the interested parties to participate and collaborate with us.

My options, role and responsibilities in the Scientific Instruction Centre «International Youth Laboratory» (AGIMS) (see my CV) is carrying out the generalised project aimed on the advances in Students’ Youth Sciences & Arts (development of the young generation’s creative ideas), e.g. one could be acquainted with the relevant e-project managing the web-link: http://scipeople.ru/group/3448/ (see also my scientific profile on 48493500.scipeople.ru, as well as, my own site on http://valevladi.ucoz.ru ). This so-called generalised project is divided into a set of particular and definite ones where the project "BUSINESS LABORATORY CREATION” (BLC) is that we talking about in this chapter.

The project "BUSINESS LABORATORY CREATION” (BLC) is aimed on the working out a set of conditions favourable for a development of start-ups and join ventures, as well as the entrepreneurial skills and business activity of students.

First stage of the project is a set of events taking place in January-February 2012 dedicated to the organisation of multi-lingual public lectures in Business and Economics for forming a profile of international representative in entrepreneurship.

After that, second stage is envisaged while promoting a course of workshops which is to follow in March-May 2012.
